Group Fitness

There's no need to book in advance for this fun, full-body workout combining strength and cardio training. Suitable for beginners through to advanced, with exercises tailored to your fitness level.  Train alongside a supportive group, challenge yourself and build strength, fitness and confidence at your own pace. And if you can't make it today? We'll see you there tomorrow!

Personal Training

Whether you're returning to fitness after a break, working towards a specific goal or ready to take your training to the next level, our personal training sessions provide the one-on-one coaching, support and accountability to help you succeed. Every session is tailored to your individual goals, fitness level and experience, ensuring you get the most out of every workout. Available in 30, 45 or 60-minute sessions.

Specialist Training

From aspiring athletes to future champions, we know what it takes to perform at the highest level. A former Australian representative sprinter, Phil competed at the highest level of athletics and was ranked Australia's number one.  Today, he brings his elite experience and passion for performance to coaching, helping athletes of all ages unlock their potential and achieve their personal best.
