Welcome to Kew East's longest-running fitness studio - proudly supporting the local community since 2003.

For more than two decades, we’ve stayed true to a simple philosophy: no gimmicks, just fitness that works. While other gyms have come and gone, we’ve become a trusted local fixture - built on consistency, experience, and real relationships. Many of our clients have been training with us for 10, 15, even 20+ years.

I have been training with Phil for the past three years, and I can confidently say he has completely transformed my approach to fitness. His sessions, both group and personal training, are always well structured and thoughtfully planned. Phil has a natural ability to engage his clients - he is consistently encouraging, motivating, and knows exactly how to push you while still making the experience enjoyable.
 

The gym itself has a very personal feel. It is clean, welcoming, and inclusive, which makes it easy to stay committed. Phil is approachable, professional, and always happy to tailor exercises to suit individual needs.
 

What truly sets him apart is his humour and positive energy, which make every session something to look forward to. Thanks to Phil, I have developed a consistent exercise routine, and I am incredibly grateful for his support and guidance.
